Game Grid Network – Terms of Use Agreement

Welcome to The Game Grid Network ("Game Grid," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using any of our services — including game servers, websites, Discord communities, or related platforms — you ("User" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By joining, playing on, or interacting with any Game Grid service, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms in full.

2. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use cheats, hacks, exploits, or unauthorized modifications
• Harass, bully, threaten, or discriminate against others
• Spam, scam, phish, or engage in deceptive behavior
• Disrupt gameplay or server performance intentionally
• Share or distribute another user's personal information (doxxing)
• Impersonate staff, other players, or any real-world individuals
• Advertise other servers, services, or products without permission

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activity under your account. Sharing your account is done at your own risk. We are not liable for any unauthorized access to your account.

4. Intellectual Property

All Game Grid branding, graphics, and server content are the property of The Game Grid Network. You may not copy, redistribute, or use our assets without express written permission.

5. Moderation & Enforcement

Game Grid staff reserve the right to mute, kick, ban, or permanently remove any user who violates these Terms or disrupts the community. Decisions are final and at staff discretion.

6. Purchases & Refunds

All purchases (ranks, cosmetics, hosting plans) are final unless otherwise stated. Refunds are only issued in cases of verified service failure on our end. Chargebacks will result in an immediate permanent ban.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible. We are not liable for data loss or downtime.

8. Privacy

We collect minimal data (username, email, server logs) solely to operate our services. We do not sell your data to third parties. By using our services you consent to this data collection.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. Major changes will be announced via our Discord.
